A DESIGN THAT IS UNIQUELY YOURS
We take your brief from vision to reality, working with our architect or your chosen architect and your existing blueprints.

STRICT BUDGET CONTROL
We’ve all heard building horror stories about the industry cowboys who recklessly under quote and overrun your budget just weeks into the build. We provide you with a realistic working budget right from the start. Our Quantity Surveyor carefully factors in all of the possible variables and we work hard to make sure there are no surprises along the way. Our contracts include staged payments, so you can manage your funding during the building process.

PRE-BUILDING CONSENTS
Our vast experience in dealing with councils means that we are able to navigate the consents process quickly and cost effectively. Our internal procedures ensure that clear consent documentation reduces the chance of any onsite issues arising during the construction phase.

FOCUSED PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Darren Pennington and Nigel Hanley oversee all projects from start to completion. The onsite building foreman appointed to your project has responsibility to ensure everything during the construction stage runs smoothly, right down to the final nail.

TOTAL QUALITY ASSURANCE
As members of the Master Builders Federation, all of our projects can come with ten-year Master Build guarantees. That gives you peace of mind from knowing that you’re dealing with industry professionals.

We’re also Site Safe members and are committed to total safety on site during construction. All of our employees and sub-contractors take part in site induction meetings about safety requirements and potential site-specific hazards.
